I tried to think about the people in İstanbul before chocolate. What does people do in a regular day, which might reflect the general mood of İstanbul.
When I started to find out the connections between people and chocolate in İstanbul, I also created connections between them. For example, a person in a rush might eat chocolate fast and practical. This can effect the form of the chocolate.
Actually; chocolate, people and city have a bond that can not be thought as disconnected, they engage in many levels.
